The user of the information system located at the address tempi.ru (hereinafter - the Platform) interacts with the Limited Liability Company «TEMPI», TIN 9703128201, KPP 771501001, 127106, Moscow, within the territory of the Otradnoye Municipal District, Altufyevskoye Highway, building 27, room 401 (hereinafter - the Platform Operator), which is the Personal Data Operator in accordance with Order No. 70 dated 21.02.2023. The Platform Operator has been assigned registration number 77-23-141839 (https://pd.rkn.gov.ru/operators-registry/operators-list/?id=77−23−141 839), for the purpose of implementing the Subject of Platform Use (https://tempi.ru/terms-of-service).

By starting to use the Platform, the Platform User allows the receipt and use of the following personal information for the following purposes and in the following order:

1.1. Type of information: personal details about oneself. Including: surname, name, patronymic, date of birth, place of residence, phone, postal address, email address.

1.2. Purpose of use by the Platform: for identification within the service as a Platform Customer (as understood in the Platform User Agreement (https://tempi.ru/terms-of-service) hereinafter Customer) or as a Platform Contractor (as understood in the Platform User Agreement (https://tempi.ru/terms-of-service) hereinafter Contractor). When working with the Platform, this information is used when formalizing contracts, settlements and other documents required for formalizing interaction within the service from the point of view of Russian legislation through the Platform's functionality.

1.3. The Platform User gives permission for the email addresses and/or phone numbers specified by him to be used by the Platform Operator to carry out various types of notifications and mailings required for the normal functioning of the Platform, as well as to notify about legally significant actions and events during the execution of Requests.

2.1. Type of information: information about data (including copies) of official documents and information from federal, regional state bodies and institutions, municipal bodies and institutions, as well as private organizations. Including: TIN, SNILS, documents on secondary and/or higher education, other documents confirming the level of qualification and/or certification, availability of permits, permissions and other authorizing documents for carrying out certain types of actions, medical certificates and other documents, military passport (if necessary in accordance with current Russian or municipal legislation).

2.2. Purposes of use by the Platform: for formalizing Contracts for the performance of work and/or provision of services by Platform Users, as well as for maintaining regulatory accounting, tax and other accounting in accordance with Russian legislation.

3.1. Type of information: personal details about bank accounts, including bank account details necessary for transferring funds.

3.2. Purposes of use by the Platform: for carrying out settlements within the framework of Platform use.

4.1. Type of information: information provided by the User during the process of using the platform. Including: login, password, code words.

4.2. Purposes of use by the Platform: For authorization on the Platform, as well as access and/or filtering of available requests and/or Platform Contractors.

5.1. Type of information: personal details about the process of using the platform. Including: records of system entry/exit, performing actions (pressing buttons, other interactive interface elements of the Platform), location (by geolocation), time spent in various elements of the Platform, other statistical information of the Platform.

5.2. Purposes of use by the Platform: to record legally significant actions in accordance with the purpose of the Platform, to improve and develop the Platform's functionality, increase the security of the Platform's operation, as well as the Platform Users themselves, other technical purposes of the Platform's operation.

6. Procedure for use/transmission of personal information: With the provided information, the Platform Operator may perform all necessary processing and/or transmission actions, performed using automation tools or without the use of such tools, including collection, including receipt of my personal data in accordance with the Law from me and/or third parties, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transmission (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, as well as performing any other actions in accordance with the Law. The Platform Operator has the right to transmit the User's personal data to third parties involved by the Platform Operator for processing the listed personal data on behalf of the Platform Operator, including by making telephone calls to the User's address and/or sending SMS notifications, and/or messages through other communication channels. The Platform Operator has the right to transmit the User's personal data to the bank PJSC «T-Bank» (TIN 7710140679, BIC 44525974) for processing, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transmission (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction of my personal data using automation tools or without the use of such tools for the purpose of fulfilling the Platform Operator's obligation to pay for contractors' services using a nominal account.

7. The User is informed that he has the right to revoke this consent to the processing of his personal data by notifying the Platform Operator in writing. In case of revocation of consent to the processing of personal data, the Platform Operator will cease their processing and/or ensure the cessation of such processing by involved third parties and, if the storage of personal data is no longer required for the purposes of personal data processing, will destroy or block the personal data and/or ensure their destruction or blocking by involved third parties within a period not exceeding 30 business days from the date of receipt of the specified revocation, if another period is not established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Except in cases where personal data are required for the fulfillment of Russian legislation within the framework of Completed Orders when using the Platform within the framework of the Platform User Agreement (https://tempi.ru/terms-of-service).

The User confirms that by giving consent, he acts freely, consciously, of his own will and in his own interest.
