Cash payment
For completed work, you settle with the contractor yourself in cash immediately after the shift.
Non-cash payment
Payment is automatically charged from your platform balance after the shift is completed.
To publish a shift (when paying the contractor in non-cash form),
your TEMPi service account must contain at least the total contractor payment amount for this shift plus the service fee.This amount is frozen and transferred to the contractor after the shift is completed.
The service fee is also charged after the shift is completed.If no contractor is selected for your shift,
we return the frozen funds (service fee and contractor payment amount) to your TEMPi account.
