In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", the User gives their consent to the dissemination on the website https://tempi.ru/, including subdomains (hereinafter - the Site) of the following personal data specified below:

• name, patronymic, surname•
• photograph•
• video with the User's image•
• personal data that the User will indicate in the video at their own discretion•

By this document, the User gives their consent to the Platform Operator to reproduce photographs, videos with the User's image, their distribution in any way, including on the Internet, public display, communication to the public, copying (full and partial) (in accordance with Article 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). If the photographs and/or videos sent by the User contain the image of another person, the User guarantees that the User has obtained from that person written consent to reproduce these photographs and/or videos, their distribution in any way, including on the Internet, public display, communication to the public, copying (full and partial) (in accordance with Article 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

The User allows the Platform Operator to distribute their personal data specified in this agreement for the purposes of:

• for publishing their videos (in the form of text with photo, video) on the Site, including subdomains, or on social networks administered by the Platform Operator•
• for marketing and advertising events conducted by the Platform Operator•
• for compliance by the Platform Operator with the current legislation of the Russian Federation•

By this, the User expresses a prohibition on the distribution in any way of the following their personal data

• passport data•
• technical information automatically collected by the Site software during its visit•

Conditions under which the personal data received from the User may be transferred by the Operator carrying out the processing of personal data: through its internal network, providing access to information only for strictly defined employees, or using information and telecommunication networks with ensuring the security of transmission.

This consent is valid from the moment the video is added to the Site until the User sends to the Platform Operator a revocation of this consent in writing (according to the form provided by the Platform Operator).

This consent to the dissemination of personal data is given by the User at the moment of filling out the form on the Site and is valid indefinitely.

The User reserves the right to revoke their consent to the dissemination of personal data by drawing up the appropriate written document, which may be sent by me to the Platform Operator by registered mail with delivery notification or handed personally against receipt to a representative of the Platform Operator, or sent as a signed scan-copy to the email address of the Platform Operator support@tempi.ru.

In case of receiving from the User a written statement on the revocation of this consent to the dissemination of personal data, the Operator is obliged to stop their processing within 10 (ten) working days.
